Steven joined Old Dominion in March 2023 and quickly made a remarkable impact. His role as a nurse involves not just technical skills but a deep sense of empathy and commitment. Full-time nursing is demanding, yet Steven manages to excel in his duties while pursuing further education in nursing school. Balancing work with study is no small feat, but Steven handles both with grace and dedication.

Residents and their families hold Steven in high regard, and his compassionate approach to care has not gone unnoticed. The admiration from those he serves is a testament to his exceptional abilities and genuine concern for others.
Looking to the Future
Steven’s dedication doesn’t end with his current role. Steven’s goal to become a Registered Nurse (RN) shows his commitment to expanding his skills and making a greater impact in our community. We’re excited that he plans to stay with Old Dominion after completing his RN program, reflecting his dedication to our mission and the relationships he’s built here.
